Filter a single base table via a parent-child relationship

Attached, you'll find a demo database which is as simple as possible while still illustrating my issue. (FM 11)

There are 6 records in "table". On the graph, you'll see 4 TOs based on this single base table.

Via a child-parent relationship, I'm expecting to see 2 of the 6 records each in the tables called "EN", "CN", and "JP".

I do see the expected 2 records in each of these tables, but I additionally see 4 records which are blank.

  • Why are the blank records present?
  • How can I correct this while having only a single base table?

If anyone has success with this, could you please upload the database again here? Our production environment is currently FM 11, but I also have FM 14 and 15 installed for testing.
