If you reinstall FileMaker and Outlook (office) on 64 bit your problem should be gone.
Is it possible for you to reinstall them both on 64 bit?
What about going back to FM10?

You'll miss al the great new possibilities. There's a really big difference between FM10 and FM15.
Just update to 64 bit
FileMaker Pro 10 would not have been tested/supported on any Operating System that Microsoft Outlook 2016 (as part of Office 365) runs on. If FileMaker Pro 10 and Outlook 2016 worked for you at some point there would have been no expectation for it. Sometimes older versions will work for a while and eventually behave unexpectedly due to incompatibilities.

Switching everything to 64 bit fixed the error message.
I also have this problem. I see it happening in Filemaker 15 and Filemaker 13. In both cases I am using Windows Live Mail. Any suggestions? Thanks.
