How to Access from FileMaker Pro 12 to shared databases with FileMaker Pro 15

I have the following problem.

I upgraded to FileMaker Pro 15 by which I share three databases, which reside on an iMac with Mac OS Yosemite. Customers who access these databases are Windows computers with FileMaker Pro 12.

The problem is that since the upgrade to version 15, access from versions 12 via "Remote Open" does not work. The host is listed, but the databases are not displayed.

Before installing version 15, I uninstall version 14 eliminating preferences.

I appreciate the support that they can provide me.

Thank you.
