I do not think it is a bug, but FM does not consider the account name as case sensitive. ExecuteSQL does. You might try using Lower(AccountName) on the FM entered login side and LOWER( ) on the SQL to make sure things will work out.

I ran into the same problem with ExecuteSQL when I was building a system to track account holders' activity. I'm going to implement bigtom's suggestion, so I don't have to worry about users' being vigilant about their typing.
