We have a client and they have the latest FileMaker 14 running on their windows machine as 64 bit and Office 365 running as 64 bit. I have had them try the support item steps to resolve it but they are still unable to send. It pops a dialog from Outlook asking to Allow it to send then clicking Allow causes it to pop another dialog saying the action cannot be completed because the other program is busy.
Anyone have any thoughts or another way to get this to work?
There are many issues reported regarding Send Email via Mail Client.
Not sure if I would recommend to Send Email via SMTP since your client then would have to fill in all the SMTP credentials (Port-N°, Password, …) to make this work.
