Concatenate instances of a field from records with same external key.

I have two tables: Members (parent) and Committees (child). The Members table has one row for each member with many fields. The Committees table has two fields (committee and member) with one row for each member of each committee. A member may be on 0, 1 or more than one committee.

I want to populate a field in the member’s record in the Members table with a concatenated list of the names of the committee the member is serving on, and for that to be updated whenever the Committees table is updated. (For example, the field could read "Outreach, Finance" .)

Can you give me guidance on how to accomplish this? Thank you in advance.
