A supervisor needs to the ability to create a new Employee record that has as a minimum: First Name, Last Name, Password and Initials
An example would be:
First Name: John
Last Name: Doe
From there we would like the program to allow the new employee to sign in using the Password and Initials.
The problem is when we have tried to set this up through the security features we've run into all sorts of problems. And giving the Supervisors the Full Admin privileges doesn't work either because sometimes they change areas of the program they don't mean to change.
I guess what I am asking is there a way for a Supervisor to enter a new employee in an Employee Layout and then when the Employee clicks on the program to login it looks for the Password and Initials in the Employee Table?
If there is a better way to do this please let me know.
