You could always have a extra field that you Enable and then use a script to delete all records that you have enabled. Otherwise you can delete all records in the Found Set, Delete the record your are at or new in FM15 Delete all records in the table

Without creating a script for the purpose, you have two options when deleting records:
1) Delete the current record
2) Delete all the records in the current found set
So the most common way to delete a group of records is to perform a find, omit records or use some other technique to produce a found set of just the records you want to delete and then you use Delete Found Set to delete them.
Scripting your own delete procedure could allow you to use a check box field or a button for selecting the records you want to delete and then you perform the script to delete the selected records.
