Free? probably not. someone put work into developing them
Try these links (just some I found in a Google search):
i have extensively researched real estate scripts in the past.
unless you are for some reason attached to fmp, i would start googling.
but be warned, you will soon find that the more you use it,
the more functionality you want, that free scripts usually do not offer.
if fmp: as long as you keep it simple (object description with fields for
rooms, rental price etc) it is easy to make in fmp.
advanced functionality (e.g. an online booking calendar with available dates per object)
falls of course outside of simple fmp and free scripts.

Yes, I've gotten "free" mysql and php solutions and then "translated" as needed. They typically give you a 'structure' to the database that you will need regardless of what database. And a MAMP or WAMP (Google it!) can be used to "run" the site locally on your desktop/laptop enough to understand how the layouts might have to be recreated. Work, it is! But sometimes you just need hints to point you in the right direction. And the beauty is that you have control of what you want to keep or add to your FIleMaker solution!
