I have a client who creates multiple records for one job, and then sorts through another field to make sense of which records he wants to reflect in reports. For example, he may have multiple proposals for one job, and identifies the one which is approved as "final". There may be three or four "final" versions of one proposal. I would like to be able to create a summary of the cost/hours of only the "final" proposed bids by job number, excluding those which were not approved. How can I accomplish this?
