A Runtime will process in the Bit-Type of the FileMaker Pro Advanced Version. To run the Runtime on a 32-bit OS you will need to process it from a copy of FileMaker Pro 32-bit. You can actually install both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions of FileMaker Pro on the same machine (if that is most convenient to you). For more information you might see FileMaker Pro 15 Help.

Its working now, after installing 32 bit and recreate it.
