I would recommend you read books like "About Face" by Alan Cooper.
For example, one user interface habit to avoid at all coasts is showing a user a dialog that something has failed and forcing them to click "OK". That is not OK. Rather, you should fix the error in the first place (in code), log the issue, or give them exact instructions on what to do (not just have them click "OK" that your program has failed.)
HOPE THIS HELPS.
There are several Resources on this forum. Click on the menu near the top of the page. You should do some research & study. You can also search YouTube and elsewhere for design videos. Peter's list is a great start.
aliabbassipro, you've asked the same question on several discussion posts. Where did you get the screen shot you posted? Is it a sketch of what you want (in Word or something)? Or a screen shot of something you have or seen? Do you understand the basics of FileMaker "Design" (not only the 'look' but the data storage underneath)? What to you really mean by "Design"? How much do you know about FileMaker right now?
It would very much help to understand what you know and where you are beginning. It would also help for you to get the basics training, if you have not already. You can be better helped (on any post). It would also help if you stay on one post to continue the conversation.
There are college courses on UI / UX design.
Perhaps you should start there?
All i can say on the subject is look what others have done and try it.
Their is no best design.
PS "give it to me asap" will not encourage thoughtful replies.

several links have already been posted to this thread. if these are no sufficient, can you explain a little more on what you are trying to do?
you can also study User Interface Design for things other than FileMaker for good tips on what to do (and not do). but here are things I found just searching for 'filemaker user design':
