    Creating an "OR" relationship

    pademo57

      I can't find an answer to this using the search so I apologize if this has already been discussed.

      I'm trying to set up a relationship to find either a "Teacher" or a "Supervisor".

      In my Employee table I have an EmployeeStatus checkbox set up which has "Student", "Teacher", "Supervisor" and "Manager"

      In my Report table I would like to have a portal which only shows Employees which are either a "Teacher" or "Supervisor"

      The Report Table also includes to global fields:

      g_Teacher = "Teacher"

      g_Supervisor = "Supervisor"

      When I try to do this in relationships it shows:

      Report::g_Teacher = Employee::EmployeeStatus

      AND

      Report::g_Supervisor = Employee::EmployeeStatus

      Which doesn't work, I get no values.

      What do I need to do to make this work?
