Locally Hosted Database Issue with MacOS Sierra

I just installed macOS Sierra on a test machine and I am having an issue with opening locally shared FileMaker Pro shared Databases. Both machines are running FileMaker Pro 15, and are connected on the same hard wired network.

Both machines see each other in the Finder, screen sharing and other file sharing services.

Other machines running El Capitan and FileMaker 14 and 15 both are able to access the same locally shared file.

When I go to "Open remote", under hosts it sees the host machine, both by IP and by local host name, but after it appears to try and connect I get back "Connection Failed".

When I go to My solutions, in the Recents section and the Favorites section it lists the databases, but time out when connecting with a message stating: “The File “Filename.fmp12” could not be opened. Either the host is not available, or the file is not available on that host.”

I am able to open databases that are on my hard drive.

Any suggestions?
