I am trying to create a sales report that shows total sales for each product ( A chart or a list ) for a date period - which shows qty of products sold and the total amount for each product. I would control the date range with a couple of calendar fields ( Datefrom and Dateto)
I am able to do subsummary fields for total sales for the date range or count of bookings but not for individual products.
I have a table "Enquiries" which covers all the main details ie event date, customer details, invoice number and in that I have a portal which lists all the products ordered inc qty ( This uses the table "Enquiries Data" ) Then it gets the product costs and details from the table "Products"
Relationships between tables Enquiries links to Enquirydata with field "estimateid" and enquirydata and product with field "product"
Anyone shed any light on this?
