I the past couple of weeks I've been testing the 360Works plugin for a client. I've been able to get emails, put the message into a client log, load attached PDFs into container fields.

with client log you mean that the email message (html or plain) is converted into a FM record?
As each email is imported in a separate table I set up (required) I create new records in the log and set the fields based on the information in the email such as the body and date received.
