Corruption on authentication from specific client

I have FileMaker Pro 15 for user connections on two client systems, and when they log on they the error that the username and password cannot be used. This happens for all accounts, and on the server I get the following in the error logs:

Clearly corruption somewhere on the client system, which survives keychain resets and reboots. I'd prefer to not have to wipe accounts and/or the system to fix this, so am curious if there are any key files in the FM installation to target for fixing this?
