I have not encountered this type of behavior, and I know this doesn't help you.
Are you using different versions of FileMaker Pro? When the output does occur correctly, what version of FileMaker Pro are you using?
Are you running under Mac OS X or Windows? What version?
What fonts are being used?

There is no change in the version, we are using FM Pro 15. We are using Windows 8 or higher and the font is Calibri.

Thank you for the additional information.
Create a new database file with one field, enter one record, and export to PDF. Does this work correctly? If so, change the field font to Calibri and export to PDF. Does this work?
If neither of these work, create a new user account on your Windows computer, login to the new user account, launch FileMaker Pro, create a new database file like before and export to PDF. Does this work?
Thank you, it appears that this will work. It's a shame that due to the version update it has corrupted the previous formatting.
