Sent emails not displaying in Office 365 Email (Outlook) when using Filemaker email script

A vendor for our company runs an email script in Filemaker annually to send mass emails from a few of our staff members. The emails contain text and a PDF attachment. There are approximately 240 emails sent from two different staff email accounts. When our email was managed in Google (Gmail), we could always see the sent emails in the two users accounts. Since moving to Office 365, we cannot see the sent emails in the mail system (outlook) when this script is deployed.


Any idea how to get the sent emails to display? We can confirm the emails are being sent, because the recipients have confirmed receipt.
