I do not understand this at all.. last thursday the 15th. I had no problem. But just yesterday my shared fms files do not open anymore. On the server I see no strange things at all... But when I open one of my files I see this message.
"The file “Mie Pieters.fmp12” could not be opened. Either the host is not available, or the file is not available on that host."
When I switch back dates on server and client to 09/15/2016 I can open my files as usual. I taught that maybe there would be an updated license number... But the one I have filled in is the same as on my developer account...
weired behavior! Spent almost a day in error checking but this is my final conclusion...
When you open the server console, what do you get: is the server started, is the file served ? What does the log contains ?
There is no date limit on the FDS server.
how long have you been using the server software?
No date limit for me either. If your console looks good and everything is running you may need to contact FMI.

Just had a conversation with Filemaker and it seems that there is something wrong with my server.pem file. They will send me an email...

could this be your issue?
There were SSL changes in 13.0v2. That's the kind of thing that might cause what you're seeing. Try running the updater to see if it addresses the problem.
