    Buffering on FM WebDirect Login



      There is one user that has this problem.



      It works for me and other people, but it buffers on this screen and eventually times out.

      Would this be a VPN issue or something else?  We have it setup so that this should be able to be accessed anywhere, and it was working until now.

      Or is it just a connection issue on their end.


      Anything would be appreciated.
