I'm missing some super simple step I think. I have a portal that shows related records from a table. One of the fields shown is a "cost" field. How exactly do I create a field that totals all of the current costs shown in the portal? The field does not have to show up in the portal, but if that is easier, it definitely can.
I found this instruction (Summarizing data in portals ) but I don't fully understand what it is saying to do. Yes, I want to create a summary field ... but HOW do I do it?
