Installation of FileMaker Pro needs to be same 32/64-bit as installed Microsoft Office Package to be able to create emails from FileMaker Pro inside Microsoft Office.

Johan, Thank you for getting back to me.
I have installed and re-installed both Office and FM in 32/32, 64/64 with no change sadly. Is there any other ideas you can think of?
The dialog says that you are not allowed to create the PDF in the address that you want to store it. Store in FileMaker Temporary Path instead. There FileMaker always have the possibility to write.
Hi Johan, I agree with you, my client is currently saving the file and then attaching it manually. I have been tasked to make sure it attaches directly into Outlook. This computer in question is brand new and was setup yesterday. There is plenty of disc space and the local user does have admin rights. I am at the point where I dont understand why only this computer has this issue and the others dont.
Is there anywhere where I can get a step-by-step guide on this procedure (for windows server)? If not, do you know if filemaker support can assist me in fixing this?
Looking forward to your response.
Do you want run a Script on FileMaker Pro or a Scheduled Script on FileMaker Server?
On FileMaker Pro
You just use the script I show earlier.
On Windows Server when you use Script Step Send email you need to use SMTP to be able to send. Windows Server can not talk to your Outlock on that computer.
When you are in Script Workspace in the upper right corner you choose Server
This will show you the script that you can use
