I've been having an issue for over a week where I can't edit my posts; and my Inbox is tied up with an "I'm working" progress bar. Anybody else?

This has been happening intermittently for other users as well. We've started a ticket with Jive about it. But it helps to know who is affected to give some indication of scope.
I'm not sure why this is suddenly appearing, since I don't believe that we've made significant changes to the interface or code recently.
I or the support team will make an effort to keep you posted about our progress on resolving this.
Now I'm wondering if this is Sierra-related.
I'm not having any of these issues, and I'm on El Capitan.
At least one of the people with the problem is on Sierra. How about you?
I'm on Windows 7 Professional and Internet Explorer 11.

NOT on Sierra, but Mac/Safari. I'm now getting the 'progress bar' on the Actions link (in the thread, not from Inbox).
Working now... everybody must be off watching football or something, instead of hogging my bandwidth.
I still get the progress bar.
You might remember a issue we partly solved by clearing my browser cache …
for all readers ...
just for more information, I did erase my cookies. It didn't help.
In my case, it wasn't the cookies, it was "clear Cache".
cookies may not be enough. cached history & other 'saved content' may need to be cleared.
What OS, what browser? & do you have another browser rarely used that may be tested?
I develop for web, so routinely have everything cleared from my browsers for testing purposes. So, Benjamin's suggestion was spot-on!
I have asked people to clear their browser cache, and didn't get consistent results when they did this. But maybe "clear your browser cache" is an ambiguous recommendation, and they did different things, as it sounds like the case is here.
I've been advocating for command-R on Mac. But maybe more is needed here. Appreciate Bev's suggestions.
