I have a script in a solution that generates a PDF document and attaches it to an email. On occasion, this script fails in that the PDF document does not fully form.
The email is an order confirmation sent to the customer. The attached PDF lists everything that is ordered and should include line and order totals. When the failure occurs, all information is included except the totals.
I have tried adjusting the script by adding Commit Records script step and a Pause/Resume of 1 second to see if this would stop the issue.
The error still occurs and it is very erratic - about once every 14-28 days. It also occurs for several of the staff.
Quitting FM and restarting resolves the issue.
I appreciate suggestions about how to get the PDF to produce the results viewed on the screen consistently.
