Problem grabing data with InsertURL

Trying to scrap various urls on finance.google.com, all works well. Only issue is I can't get the selected company url. There doesn't seem be any obvious tags to use to grab the url, what I've tried won't produce the company url.

An example of the page I want to capture is, International Business Machines Corp.: NYSE:IBM quotes & news - Google Finance

These are the script steps I've used to scrap the data

  Set Variable [$begW; Value:Position ( T01_ACCOUNTS::g_url_insertURL ; "\">\"&¶&\"http://\"" ; 1 ; 1 ) + 9 ]

  Set Variable [$endW; Value:Position ( T01_ACCOUNTS::g_url_insertURL ; "</a>" ; $begW ; 1 ) ]

  Set Variable [$web; Value:Middle ( T01_ACCOUNTS::g_url_insertURL ; $begW ; $endW - $begW ) ]

This is the section of html that I am trying to grab from.

Trying to grab http://www.ibm.com/ from line 944

<div class=sfe-section><div class=item>

<a id=fs-chome href="//www.google.com/url?source=finance&q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ibm.com%2F&ei=ci_8V5m8E8W42Aask4PIDA&usg=AFQjCNGwP72dUs2YaIAmVZWtaV5XBnDvig" >

http://www.ibm.com/
</a>

</div>

I've tried both InsertURL and the custom function ParseData with no luck.
