it's possible that you are trying to write to a folder you don't have access permission to. Also, a file could be locked or compressed (not unzipped).

What are you trying to do?
If you aren't trying to create a file (Export..., Save As...) check the amount of free space on your system drive. Filemaker creates and updates temp files when you open a database file so that drive or partition may not have enough free space for the temp files. If it looks like you have plenty of space, use a utility to check out the health of your drives.
Thanks. I thought because FMP was on the cloud, I was okay. But it was for memory swapping or whatever. Cleared up 2 GB on my Airlock and it’s find now.
I think you are opening the FM file from a mounted Unzipped download
Copy the file you have unzipped (to you computer hard drive or desktop) and then open it with FM
