Our main database file, created in FM14 and hosted on FMS14 has had 2 incidents in the past month where our 50 odd FMP Clients just lock up, When looking at the logs all I see is
Oct 19, 2016 9:00:28 AM Error Resume of "FaultLog" failed; unexpected error. (8000)
The Database from that point then refuses to close, verify or do anything unless I restart the service, Running verify on the database comes back clean. I cant find anything on 8000 either.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can figure out whats causing it to go down? No major changes have been made to the database recently.
P.S The server is hosted on Microsoft Azure, Windows server 2012 R2, Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2673 v2,14 gigs of ram, 128 gig SSD at 50% capacity.
