Hide object using multiple "not equal to"'s

I want an object to only show up when a specific global field is listed as one of 4 options. I was assuming I could do that by using the "not equal to" operator along with the "or" operator.

I set the Hide equal to this:

Globals::gWhoGotIn ≠ "Agent" or Globals::gWhoGotIn ≠ "Manager" or Globals::gWhoGotIn ≠ "Agent & Manager" or Globals::gWhoGotIn ≠ "Other (Dir, Prod, etc.)"

BUT, it just stays hidden constantly, instead of popping up when one of the 4 items is selected in the global field. Am I missing parentheticals? Is there a special trick?
