WARNING - danger Will Robinson, this will delete ALL rows from the remote SQL table.
You can limit with a WHERE statement.
I think I would perform this ON the SQL server with something other than FM.
You can try to loop with deleting one record at the time. The only way to find out if it is faster is to try it.

that might help! I'd put the primary key and maybe another field on a layout and show in Form View (never list or table views!) for the processing. A loop goes through Form View records just fine.
If the script running this is on the server, does the layout view and amount of fields even matter?
Deletion needs to be on a layout tied to the table occurrence (in this case an external SQL source).
