    Sub Summary Formatting

    lindseym

      Hello,

Working on a sub summary. I have it doing a count of instances when my "Backer" column = "Vinyl."

This works great, and I threw on some conditional formatting in my sub summary.

When backer total = 0 the font matches the grey bar color. I did this also with the word "Backers", but as you can see it still shows up for every sign type summary. Is there a way I can make this not show if the specific sign type has "0" backers?

Files are attached if that would help.

Oh and if anyone wants to remind me how to get total at to lead instead of follow, that would be awesome!

      Thank you:)

Managing the database, I just went to options, and selected running count, restart summary for each sorted group. And it works!

Also, for the sub summaries above each instance, I went to Layouts > Part Setups, and then moved my sub-summary above the body.

Since I have the summary at the top I no longer need the word "Backers".... ha!

          Happy Weekend All!
