    Checkbox Script - Multiply Values

    ChristofferRexen_1

      Hello everyone

Regarding checkboxes - I have created a Checkbox with simple values, 1, 2, 3, 4, based on a single field "BillingModelConfig".

My thoughts, the user is supposed to click the multiply values based on a button with a Script, instead of clicking into the Checkbox.

      - To erase the possibilities of user errors.

      Let's say:

      Customer A will need values 1, 2 and 4

      Customer B will need values 1, 2 and 3

      Customer C will need values 3, 4

      Now, that's one first headache.

      Second, what if:

Customer A, suddenly needs value 3

Customer B, suddenly needs value 4

      Customer C, suddenly doesn't need value 3

How do I keep track of the customers existing values in the Checkbox, without erasing the entire field with just a simple "Set Field [ BillingModelConfig ] = "" or "Set Field [ BillingModelConfig ] = $value

Is there a smart way of doing this?

      See attached image.

      - For now, the checkbox, BillingModelConfig, only holds 2 values, but with possible expansion.

I appreciate all you're help and time.

      Best regards

      Christoffer

Since these are user-specific data, they should be stored in user(-specific) records. That should take care of your headache(s)
