Deleting parent record deletes ALL records in child table

We're working on re-writing our production database and have come across a record deletion issue I can't seem to pin point. We have two tables, "Inventory" and "Inventory Components". When a record is deleted from the parent, "Inventory" table a "Gathering records..." dialog box appears and begins to delete EVERY single record in the child table, "Inventory Components". This ONLY happens on the live copy, however. I pulled a backup copy, opened it offline, deleted a parent record and ONLY the related child records are deleted - as expected.

I've looked through every relationship between TO's based on these tables and only one has the "Delete related records" box checked, from the anchor "Inventory" to buoy "Inventory Components" TO's, again as expected. Any thoughts?
