You can use both < ≤ > ≥ as operator in Calculation and < > in relationships
You find them under Operators
FMGo... there are no operators.. when searching in a numeric field, the numeric keypad pops up, no chance to search for >1...
specifying the standard keyboard should help - but might not be the solution for the op
check your Touch keyboard type on the Data tab of the Inspector for that object.

user search on go.
@ markus: searching the board for a solution, i read it is not possible (yet) in go to force another keyboard to come up.

see David's answer again. You have a choice (in Inspector) to which keyboard will show for a number field.
