to whom it may concern:
I can't replicate this with macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta 3 with FMPA188.8.131.52.
My configuration is a MBP 13" late 2013 with a external 40" Sony TV Display.
The 40" Display is set as the main monitor.
I've tested script workspace behaviour on both displays separately.
We know several Bugs with Sierra 10.12.1.
Some of them seem to be resolved with 10.12.2 …
by any chance: If you have a FM14.0.6 release on this Mac, and if you can replicate this experience with FM14 also, the whole thing could be narrowed down to a Sierra-caused issue
Unfortunately with macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta 3 with FMPA184.108.40.206 I can replicate it
