    Update two records at once

      Hi there

A straightforward question but I am wondering if there's a better way of doing something

Currently, I have a found set of 32/20000 for a particular customer and I want to update a displayed row on here via a script to display either Yes or No.

I need to update more than one record because each row has this year's and last year's data, hence the two records.  They share the same grouping ID as they're reporting on the same details, therefore on the same report row.

I could do a Find routine whereby I find the necessary rows, update them, and then refind the original set.  However, that's very long winded and not practical each time a user just wants to click a button.

So really what I need is something like (forgive pigeon logic please):

      • Set variable to the Grouping ID of the report row just clicked
      • Apply this to this row
      • Apply it to any others with same Grouping ID

Hopefully there's something besides a find or a loop through the found set.

      Thanks in advance
