I create specific scripts to just handle portrait/landscape, percentage, 1 per sheet and so on. Then in my printer script I call this scripts as sub-scripts and it works good for me
Thanks, I'll give that a shot. Anything beats re entering all the PDF parameters each time.
Johan's method is a good one, but simply including a print setup step as part of your script should set and retain these settings.
There are also plug ins that provide the ability to set printing options one at a time from a script. MyFMButler is one and I think that Monkey Bread Software also offers this capability.
That's just it. I have 5 scripts each to print a different report. They are pretty simple go to layout, a find, a sort (which holds), and print set-up for portrait/landscape, percentage, 1 per sheet and so on.
So I was wondering if the restore option should be on or off. I don't recall if it holds the parameters of the current script or the one used prior to the script running. It's the print set that doesn't stick.
