as Johan implied, you should store your floating-point numbers as they are, without rounding; and use formatting to limit the displayed value to two decimals.
However, if you're talking about data entry, then there are several options for that. I can think of Validation within the field definition; a scripted validation via an OnObjectModify script trigger; or a scripted data entry using the Show Custom Dialog step.

For the max limit i have set range value under the validation tab in manage database.
sometimes it is helpful to add an auto-enter calculation such as:
If ( Self > 1 ; Self / 100 ; self )
With the "Do not replace existing value..." check box cleared.
With this setting, a user that forgets to input a decimal and enters 50 for 50% still gets the correct value entered into the field.
