The 'design' of the table view is linked to the design of the form view. This isn't entirely simple, as you can have fields on the table view that aren't on the form view. If there is a field on the form view, the field in the table view will take the same design, font size, colour, background etc. If the form view doesn't contain the field, the table view will adopt the attributes of the default edit box for the style you're using.
So a direct answer to set the default size of text for a table is to set the attributes for the default edit box in the style you're using.
Yes, that works fine.
This only works when one is toggling between the three views from a form.
But if you open the table on it’s own the font size reverts to the default.
Table View has its own properties. You can even have different fields than Form View or List View.
