I don't believe there is a Standard way to accomplish this in FileMaker Pro 13 Advanced. You might achieve this with Apple Script, which can be triggered using Perform AppleScript (OS X).

Rather than going through Safari, why not add a web viewer to your FileMaker layout with the desired URL and then use the script step "Insert from URL"* to a FMPA text field. You would then only have to 'scrape' the required data from that field.
* IIRC, Insert from URL is supported in FMPA 13.
