Thanks if you need the app name when talking internally with the App Review folks to figure out the issue on why the
FM package was not correct for submission guidelines its ALS iNVOLVE
I assume its because an FMGO app could access both the camera and the voice/audio/microphone and therefore
these options to provide the description to "grant device access" needs to be within the info.plist therefore FM iOSAppSDK should be updated to include proper description update fields
You need to add two new key / value pairs to your info.plist file (which is located in App Builder Resources - Do Not Modify > Resources), yes it says Do Not Modify but this is required to successfully submit your app to iTunes Connect and is a new requirement after the release of FileMaker Go 15.
The two keys are as follows
Privacy - Camera Usage Description
Privacy - Photo Library Usage Description
In the value field add a non blank description for why your app accesses the camera and photo library. More info in this blog post – http://useyourloaf.com/blog/privacy-settings-in-ios-10/
Some more information on this.
Go 15 is designed to build with Xcode 7.3 with a target of iOS 9. The application built with the supported configuration can be run on iOS 9 and 10.
If you want to build with Xcode 8 and submit to the App Store (App Store is not supported by iOSAppSDK) you need to add entries to the info.plist to cover usage descriptions of camera, photos, music, location and microphone.

I had assuming i was using my xCode 7.3 for the build ... seems when i rebooted my Mac it switched my default from 7.3 back to v8.0
I was able to back out my xCode version and rebuild/submit
Thanks for the explanation
