I am not sure if it will work or help you out - but when I searched Bento and found out that it was made by FMP -- I thought to search for an export option.
And then come back with specific questions on individual issues.
This forum has been amazing to me -- very helpful, very quick, and generous with their knowledge.
My advice for posts is to include screenshots when you can, make the discussion title specific, and mark answers as correct , helpful, or that you liked the response.

Thanks, Nick, but I work for a large institution with records of contracts and permits, etc. There’s only a small portion of the records that could be available for public viewing – and the website is not under my purview.
Check out www.campsoftware.com. They have an Art Manager solution that can be used as is or customized.

I use the free FMP application FM Starting Point - Free FileMaker Template by RCC its a very complete "Start" and it is free - and unlocked, so you can modify (products -> sculptures.
It exists in a $-version and a £-version. I adapted it to €.
