I think you need to download that database and run it through Recovery
Do you get this no matter what version of FMP you open it with?

- Recover almost always finds and fully repairs any problem found. Almost....
- Recover doesn't find every problem
- Recover doesn't correct every problem fully
- A recovered file may behave differently from the original--even if if reports that no problems were found. (some features are rebuilt/restored to "factory spec" without checking them for issues.)
Thus, the safest practice, if possible, is to hunt back in time thru your back up copies of this file to find a copy that doesn't show this behavior and that "recovers clean". Save a clone of this file and import all data from your recovered copy back into this new copy. If you have auto-entered serial numbers, be careful to update the serial number settings after import to be larger than the largest serial number in the same table.
