Field value limitation using a two other fields.

This is a simple question - I am a basic user more used to Access.

I have a small database with just a few related tables.

I have a layout to enter the data into the Notes table.

The "Chapter" field is selected from a value list based on the Chapters table.  The "Section" field is selected from a value list from the Sections table but with an "Include related values" pointing to the Chapters table.  This seems to successfully limit my Sections list to those for the selected chapter.  I have built a similar value list for sub-sections with an "Include related values" pointing to the Sections table hoping to then limit the sub-section list to those available in the selected section.  This doesn't work - I have the full list of all sub-sections in the drop-down.

Could someone point me as to how I can simply achieve this "double query" to limit my value lists ?

      Thanks in advance.
