Do you have a preview of the PDF in a container field on the same layout?
It's a error that appears if the targetPDF is open.
This could be good timing... Today FileMaker released the v188.8.131.525 update for Pro/Pro Advanced. One of the fixes was related to font issues when creating a PDF on Windows.
that was hitting me too until I've disabled TimeMachine on that computer.
But you seem to be having this problem on a PC...
If your script is creating a PDF with a predefined file name?, make sure this file is not already in the target folder.
Sometimes when testing your script you will create the file and then on later attempts to run it, FM will try to save a PDF with the same name in the same location but it will fail.
upgrade Adobe PDF Reader or better install Adobe Acrobat DC if you haven't and open it first to confirm license agreement .. then restart ..
I was able to fix the issue on the second windows server by deleting the five different fonts that i was using and reinstalling them from the server that was working. It appears to be the fonts that were ending in "TTF" verses "ttf" .
Just changing the extension to lower case did not seem to fix the issue.
Maybe the new release from FileMaker fixes this issue.
Thanks for all your suggestions. I was the end of what to do next.
i resolved this by removing the space on the disk name : macintosh HD become MacintoshHD and it works
