1. Siplus is correct about your structure problem. Here I have attached a smaller version of his graph.
2. As previously mentioned in multiple replies, you are displaying the wrong fields in the portal.
3. As a result of displaying the wrong fields, the meaningful fields (ID fields) do not contain correct values.
4. A useful fact about fields with value lists attached. Place a copy of the field on the layout but in this copy, display the field as a simple text box. Then you can see what the field actually contains. See the two screenshots of your (revised) portal. Note the data errors which will make any reporting impossible.
