2 weeks ago I was working on my FileMaker data base - no problem. Went away for a business trip for 5 days, returning home wanting to up date my client data base. And can not log in, something that was not required before.
I am the only user, my iMac is the main device, and just before my trip I got a license to put FileMaker on my MacBook. The latter seems to work as before, but not the iMac.
In my naive mind, I had hoped changing the password for my online account would fix the problem, but no. I get the message that neither the account name or the password is correct. Slightly frustrating!
Any ideas??? All help welcome.
