I have a web page in a web viewer window, is there a way to scale it to make it easier to navigate?
if you want to navigate, use a browser.
A webViewer in FileMaker has a different purpose.
I suppose I would reply thusly:
1. a web page is a viewport and the dimensions of the viewport on a desktop varies from the viewport on the tablets and phones.
2. a very good website is "responsive", meaning that it scales using CSS depending on the viewport.
3. IF you have smaller dimensions Web Viewer and go to one of these "responsive" sites, you likely see different arrangement of content.
I guess I also want to know 'why' is this a need for you? (more details, please!)
There are correct answers already...
If "a web page" is yours, you can write it as auto scaling.
(I tested on only Windows, so use -ms-)
Thanks, but the web page isn't mine. I'm going to take a different approach to this.
Thank you Beverly,
I've decided to take a different approach since the space for the web viewer is too small for my needs.
I appreciate you help.
