Javascript in Webviewer on Windows 10

I have a solution that uses JavaScript in a webviewer.

It works on Mac OS X. The HTML works on any major browser (FF, Chrome, Edge, IE).

But under Windows 10, it does not work (no message, nothing at all).

In effect, with Edge and IE I got the message that asks to allow the execution of ActiveX. Allowing them, everything works fine.

Supposing that the problem is this permission that is not set in the webviewer (but no request), I have enabled almost all the ActiveX options in the Internet Option in the Control Panel. Nothing changed.

Any suggestion?
