Try updating all of the clients to 15.0.3 as well.
you have idle timeouts setup in your user privilege sets, correct?
also, do the duplicate users show as being connected to separate files, or the same file?
What's up with the .1 IP address? All the duplicate connections have that same IP address. Is there some specific routing going on?
The .1 IP is the router's IP so unsure as to why this is being logged by FileMaker Server for individual users.
After some further investigation today the double user login seems to occur when the user first interacts with the solution's calendar whilst connected locally to their server. By adding the server's static IP and connected via this, the problem disappears.

Adding the static IP address where?
By adding a Host via the 'Open Remote...' window and entering the server's remote address i.e. solution.company.com and then connecting to their FileMaker Server via this link rather than the local link that FileMaker Pro find automatically due to them being on the same network. This has also explained why it's only members of the office based team who are being logged twice and not me or other members of their team working remotely.
The 'local' area of 'open remote' uses bonjour to discover those local servers.
The fact that those connections show up in duplicate with an IP address coming from the router seems to indicate some routing problem on the network. Probably needs to be looked into to make sure that it does not affect performance.
Is the 'solotion.company.com' an address that is handled in local DNS for routing or is it going outside to come back in?
